hi all, hey i have got a 2007 919 with 1500 miles on it, i know that the head pipes will get discolor (turn blue) but i have a defect running horizontal across all 4 pipes at the same height across all of them. its like they want to start rusting. well anyways i brought my bike to work(honda dealer) and told them bout it, they took their pictures to get the warrenty work done. and since i have had trouble with them aready with warrenty work,(honda didnt want to do it) i told them if honda does not fix it they could have the bike and i would buy a z1000. needless to say the exhaust is on the way.

moral of story: if you got a 919/599 still under warrenty with and crap in the head pipes go try to get it fixed now, it just gets worse. a friend has a 04 599 for his wife and the entire head pipes did the same thing.
