Hey guys and gals. Gotta a couple questions.

I just bought a 2000 Accord EX. Vtec, (4). I am wanting to squeeze a little more power out of it but I do not want to mess anything up as this is the LEV model. (low emission vehicle)... here is what I am thinking...

Header and cat... stainless.
Chip
Cold air intake....

Will any of these mods mess anything up being as it is what it is?


Also, side note... why did my 95 model with the 2.2 liter vtec seemingly run stronger than this 150 hp engine?

Oh yeah, forgot... being that any hp increase would be "free", how much real world increase in mileage should I get because of the engine not being under as much strain to move this car? Thanks...
