I have an ef hatch and im wanting to lower it a decent amount im thinkin bout atleast 2 inchs I just like the look. is that possible but still being "safe" like im not going to damage anything am I? and will it still handle well and ride good. I mean I know it will be bumpy.

it really just depends on how much you spend on stuff. 'you get what you pay for' -true. and two inches is good. you shouldnt bottom out too much

If your shocks arent new get some get gr2 from ebay and get some h&r spring or some thing around that price and it should ride nice not bumpy.

do it once. and be done with it. koni sports with ground control coilovers.

check out PIC (power in control) coilovers. them have a real kickass design for the ED chassis.

i hate to say it but i went the cheap way out for now. i cut my springs with a portaband. it like a hand held band saw. that way the springs dont get hot cause you can spray lubricant while you cut and it takes all of about a minute per spring. mine rides pretty good actually. its not really any different from factory as fare as bouncing or bottoming out when i hit bumps. it handels a lot better thought.
