Default O2 Sensor Wiring: Which wires matchup? (GSR)

On my engine harness side I have Yellow/Black, Orange/Black, Green/Black, and Yellow/Red wires. Sensor side has the usual Black, Black, Green, and White.

Right now, I have it:

Y/Blk -- Blk
O/Blk -- Blk
Grn/Blk -- Grn
Y/Red -- White

Is this right? Every now and then I'll get CEL code 1. Also, my idle fluctuates often between 100 and 1100 RPMs.

TIA

Oh, yeah. I should mention I have Hondata and that the reason I'm asking about the wires matching up is because they ripped out of the plug when I took out the motor a while back.

which year GSR do you have? those engine harness wire colors don't really match up to the wire colors of the honda's I've seen. (95% of the time O2 signal is white)

It's a '95. Though, I haven't tried switching the grounds yet...

according to the Helm manual these should be your O2 colors.

yellow/black - + heater
orange/black - - heater
white/red - + O2 signal
green/blue - - O2 signal

which should match up to the O2 sensor like this...
yellow/black - black
orange/black - black
white/red - white
green/blue - green

the idle problem may be related and it may not.
Which ECU are you using? Have you checked for vacuum leaks?
