Please help me guys.. *dumbass inside*
90' crx dx. b18a1 swap. ******* mounts are pissing me off. I bought those ebay b series swap mounts. they look right, but then again they dont.. I also can't get the ******* rear motor mount in.. the bitch seems too big.. motor and axles are in.. and i am trying to fidangle the motor to get the mounts set right and **** is just not adding up.. also, where the alternator goes the previous installer didn't bash that in.. i was able to bash it in maybe an inch.. I dont have a cherry picker or I'd just pop the motor out and do **** right.. dammit it pissed me off so bad i just ****** quit and went inside..
Does anyone live near Southern Indiana who could give me a hand one evening? None of my relatives or friends know anything about cars.

the rear mount should have been put on the crossmember when the motor was out. You should not have a problem with those ebay mounts I have seen quite a few cars with them. If you are talking about the rear L bracket for the tranny good luck getting it in with the motor in it should have been put in while the motor was going in. You might have to jack up the engine and unbolt the mounts to get it to go in.
the rear mount is allways the worst to put in no mater what mounts you use... i have the first set (series) of place racing mounts ever made and had a problem puting the rear mount in back 1997 and still it is the hardest mount to put in .. take your time ... have a friend use a jack from the front of the car to move the motor around whyle you move the mount into place..IMO it is easyer to drop the motor in from the top but if you have the moter close to bolting up it might be easyer to remove the crossmember to make room .....good luck..
I helped a friend a while back and he was having trouble with the rear mount also.
Ended up being that the rear mount has 2 places it can be bolted in might check that.
