Front Fenders
Does anyone have a description or a picture on how to get the front fenders off of a 94 ex sedan? Im wanting to put jdm fender turn signals in but i need to kno where all the bolts are that hold the fender on and how hard it will be.
you will need to remove the front bumper, the side skirt to access all the fender bolts, you will also need to remove the fender liner or detach it from the body or fender to remove
you don't have to take off your fender. when i installed mine i didn't have to take it off. reasoing being is because i took off the splash guards.
there are plenty of options on where to wire them.....
i know if you want them to stay off, and blink when the turn signal is engaged you just run your wires from the bumper turn signals. I know there have been a few threads written up on this. I'd say try a search.

thats not a very good reason, in fact it doesnt even make sense......besides if you want to do this project properly without denting or bending your fenders your going to want to take them off.

<-- installed his sidemarkers with fenders on and no dents
dremel cut off wheel + high speeds = cuts through like butta'
I took out the outide pins of the fender liner and zip tied the side marker wires along with the other wires already in there (to headlights, etc) and then clipped it all back together.
I took out the turn signals and then soldered the connections to that. works fine and looks good

lol......i did mine with the fender on....
it didnt turn out so hot. I ended up buying passwordjdm fenders. I guess it all depends on how handy / much of a perfectionist you are.....
hey muffin did you ever find a way to seal yours with that gasket you were talking about?

haha no, I played with it for quite a bit with no luck
I got some foam craft paper stuff and tried that, but it was too stretchy and didn't seal anything, I'm thinking caulk or something would be the only permanent solution right now I just have touch up paint covering the metal
