does it matter if you have a bigger turbo for the car that came with the stock turbo when you get an inspection(in NJ) such as eclipse or vr-4? i am currently thinking about elipse or vr-4 or get an si and boost. but i know in NJ, inspection is bitchy with extra stuff on. so i was thinking about getting stock turbo car and get a bigger turbo...thanks.
