X2 i went to all the local auto stores when i was in need of a scan (for airbags) but they said that you have to goto a deale for ABS and SRS codes. <-- kinda sucks

The 94 is OBD I, and does not need the scan tool like OBD II (actually many Hondas with OBD II, I think up to 2000, can also retrieve trouble codes without a scan tool).
For the 94 Accord, to retrieve the ABS trouble codes, you need to jumper the SCS connector under the glove box. Then turn ignition to on (but do not start car).

However, instead of counting the flashes of the MIL light, you will be counting the flashes of the ABS indicator light. The ABS trouble codes are different then what are listed in the above link.
The ABS light will turn on a couple of seconds to check the bulb, then will start flashing if there are trouble codes. If you miscount the flashes, turn the ignition to off and then turn it back on to count again.

Just wanted to note that codes can be jumped on all Hondas, even the newer ones. If they dont have a service check connector you can jump the service check line on the dlc to ground to get them to flash.
