92-95 d16z6 throttle body. Where does the small hole on the bottom left lead to?

92-95 d16z6 throttle body. Where does the small hole on the bottom left lead to?
Inside the throttle body on the bottom left there is a hole which I hought lead to the IACV, but after plugging the IACV up there is still a massive vaccum on the hole. Where does it lead to?
