brand new rebuild JDM d15b less than 3k miles (new rings and piston, all new seals, polished crank, 3 angle valve job new timing belt, water pump, cold spark plugs)(engine is completely tuned)
edelbrock street legal turbo kit $3100 (gt28r turbo, front mount intercooler, complete fuel management, edelbrock intake manifold, 8 fuel injector system, 50mm bov etc etc)

2.5 inch exhaust all the way back to oem muffler because of the cops in cali sucks but have exhaust cut off valve before the muffler that take less than 4 mintues to open up the flow.

car on stock all season tires with the old half blown/overheating d16z6 engine runed 14.1 so this new engine should be low to mid 13's with some nice tires. with the old engine i can beat sti on 10 psi of boost. and eats up mustang's like nothing. this new engine is not break in yet so there's no hard miles on it at all yet. on stock 6 psi boost u are looking at around 180-190 hp and on 11psi boost it's probly around 230-240hp. car currenly running at 3 psi of boost because of the break in.
there's probly alot more stuff i forgot to mention but right now i am just taking offers for the car i spend over 15k on the car and i just bought a brand new toyota truck and the payment is killing me on the truck so i have to let the civic go. i will see what people offer me for it. thanks

its smog legal i checked with the ref in stockton. he say as long as it's in the same D series family and with the usdm intake manifold and exhuast manifold and ecu it's smog legal.
