what seals are included in the upper kit

i`m trying to find out the part #`s for all the seals and gaskets included in the cylinder head gasket kit

dont know the numero's

but i think its HG, valve seals, cam plug, valve cover gasket, spark plug gaskets, cam seals....mabey some others

IM gasket, EX gasket, Head gasket, VC gaskets, IN&EX Valve-stem, IN & EX Cam, Spark Plugs seals, Dist., Oil Orfice O-rings, Valve-cover grommets and Cam Plug
