Default F22 crate engine vibration

Hello everyone, I just had a f22 crate engine installed in my 90 accord EX, upon picking up the car i noticed a vibration upon cold start! I thought it was weird but I drove it home to try it out. I feel that a engine with 35,000 should be smoother than an engine with 215,000 but its not. I think they bent the crank pully for the belts, it looks like its not spinning true. my question is do you think this would cause a vibration from 1500 to 3000 rpm? The idle is smooth! Im trying to figure out how im going to get them to fix it, im very disappointed and now out about $1500. how should I approach the installer?

and to answer your brake conversion i believe there is a write up in the accord FAQ forum. Its a pretty basic conversion.
