can the cops give you smack when you have a steering wheel with no airbag? What should I do?

 

Generally it's required equipment if the vehicle was originally equipped with them. I searched online a bit and couldn't find a specific Florida law regarding them. It's probably a good idea to call FHP and ask them, they will likely know better than Honda-Tech

Yeah, they both seem to tell us that it's a bad idea, which we know. Wisconsin law prohibits removal of an airbag, 346.475

I couldn't find an explicit Florida law like that though. But just because some guy on Honda-Tech can't find it, doesn't mean it isn't out there.
