Default power, and heated seat conversion

I'm restoring my integra, and adding some features that it never came with from the factory. OEM power door locks and windows (my car is full manual). Power folding mirrors. GPS Navigation.

My question is...I'm thinking of getting my seats upholstered in leather, and a thought came across my mind. I was wondering if anyone had heard of putting heated, power leather seats from a RSX into an integra. And if so, what it takes. I know I'm gonna have to fab up the seat brackets, and do a lot of custom wiring, but I think it would be worth it. Any feedback on if this is do-able or not??

what your asking isn't too difficult. It is just a heating element in the seat to warm the seat. I believe it is two wires +/- that need to be ran. You may want to source the controls for the heating element since in the 99 TL for example there were a lo/hi setting. If you find a pick-n-pull with a TL you may be able to pull the heating element, switches, and wiring so when you take your seats to be upholstered you can have them add in the heating element.

I think that would be a better idea than buying RSX seats. Thatta way I don't need to fab any brackets. That doesn't sound that difficult. Thanks for the idea! The power seat option though sounds like it could be somplicated. Anyone know if you have to buy the whole seat? Or just the electronics to control the seat?
