I'm trying to do a swap for a friend, I came into a little dilemma. Can you use the hf engine wiring harness on the si engine or use the si wires to connect to the hf. I thought that since they are both multi port that it would not matter which harness to use. I thought that I would be easier to use the hf wire harness since the car it self is an hf and the hf has more sensors than the si, so I heard! If I did use the hf engine harness do I have to modify the wires in order for the car to work properly or even start and if so which wires to modify. In the other case, If I was to use the si wires what wires need to be modified. Just trying to help a friend because her old hf engine block is crack, since I had a si engine laying around I thought it would be nice to give to her as a gift. hf harness will work fine. its wired the same as the si
