which sway bar kit?
my buddy was recomending the suspension techniques front and rear sway bar kit, are they any good? can seem to find much about them on a search. which do you guys use for autocross? and feedback?

I think you may have misunderstood what he was asking... Hes not asking about any form of reinforcement.. Just sway bar.

What car do you have?
You should already have a front sway, assuming that its a dc2, if my thinking is correct. 25 mm is fine for that.
I would recommend getting a jdm itr 23 mm sway bar... That's what I got and it made a world of difference.
Make sure to get subframe reinforcement. Either BSQ(the cheapest) beaks(a lot like bsq but a little heavier duty and more expensive) or ASR, more blingy. about 3x more expensive than beaks.
