does anyone know how to open the cover so i can change the bulb??

 

Taking your spoiler off is the easiest way.

Pop the hatch, you'll see a trim piece at the top of the glass. Yank it off (it'll make horrible noises, but that's just the clips coming out of bare metal).

Undo the four 10mm bolts and take it off. Take the spoiler off, and unplug it from the passenger side (it's a rubber boot with two wires). Pop the socket out and change the bulb.

It'll also give you a chance to clean up the filth under your spoiler.
