Default Anyone have experience with speed bleeders?

I was looking into buying a set of these speed bleeders. Anyone have any experience with them? It would be nice to be able to bleed my brakes by myself instead of trying to get one to sit in my car and push the pedal for an hour.

I hope you mean 'an hour' as an exageration, only take me 20 mins tops to bleed a whole system with the two man method.

Speed bleeders work for a little bit until the sealant around the threads doesn't seal and then it sucks in air from there.

No I mean an hour lol. I guess if I lifted the whole car and removed all wheels before hand it would be quicker.

Either way I have bled the system twice now and there is still air in the system somewhere. Its getting annoying lol.

There have been a few threads about speed bleeders in the RR/Autox section.

I've had mine for about 6 years and love them. Just be sure to not overtighten them or you'll get leaking and air into the lines.
