gas mileage seems weird

Default gas mileage seems weird

the tank is a 10 gallon with 1.9 gal reserve correct? i've went 74 miles and the needle is just above half tank this seems low for a honda... whats the deal? i just put fuel system cleaner in it...

i dont belive there is a reserve, unless you mean when it hits the E how many gallons are left?

but there is no reserve tank like on a bike if i am correct.

thats just kinda normal for these cars, its a very crude setup, its really just a flaot in the tank that tells an electrical switch where the fluid level is at,

and so you dont run out as soon as it hits E becuase alot of people are stupid, it gives you 80 ish miles to go while on empty, letme guess you used to own an american car where if it hits E you stop RIGHT THERE


right?

sounds like you need a tune up(oil change, spark plugs, fuel injector cleaner). Like Team said, that sensor is funny.
