My idle is surging and plunging on my 99 civic si. I cleaned the t/b and the iavc. I saw that on my posts people said to clean the FITV. I saw that it is supposed to be under the t/b but on my engine there is nothing but hoses under the t/b. I know it might also be a vacuum leak causing the high rpms. So does anyone know the exact location of the FITV on a b16a2? Thanks

 

I know there is supposed to be 2 holes in the t/b but mine only appears to have the top one. So does this mean that i dont have a FITV? Can someone help me out here.

 

obd2 cars dont have FITV's. you are obd2

ya thatd make sense because ive got nothing under the t/b aside from wires and hoses. So im guessing i probably have a vacuum leak somewhere? Ill have to check it out. Thanks
