98 accord 4cyl.5spd. no fuel

cranks, sparks but no fuel. i took out the fuel pump to test and it works. when key is on, no fuel comes to fuel rails. bad fuel pump relay? where is this located? is there a way to bypass this?

check all of your fuses i had the same problem a while back
