Default removing lower body mouldings from Fit Sport

How are those lower body mouldings attached and can they be easily removed? We like the features of the Sport over the Base, but strongly dislike the appearance of the front and side lower body mouldings on the Sport.
Any advice appreciated. If they can be removed, would that expose unfinished panel areas, attachment holes, other problems?
Thank you.

I removed my front lip recently and it was 2 screws in each wheel well, about 10 body clips from underneath and 5 10mm bolts that are hard to reach and can only be accessed from under as they connect the bumper to the lip.

There are holes that are left in front bumper once you remove the lower lip, one large and one small on each side.

I don't know what removing the sides and rear would leave you with.

there are a couple screws on each end, then the rest is attached by clips. This will leave you with small clip holes underneath.
