Default will this wheel and tire package fit???

hey guys i finally got my car running good and got a handful of cosmetic mods and i was wondering if this wheel and tire package would fit and if not what would i have to do to make it work...i would imagine if anything th tire would be what would do it but idk so i figured you guys would. i am planning on running a 17x7" rim with 225/45/zr17 tires.

and what car will this be going on?

you are going to get a bunch of people telling you to put 15's or 16's on your car. just ignore them.

check out this site...
http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
you put in your stock tire size, then plug in the size you are looking at, and it will tell you how much your speedo will be off.

example: if your stock tire size is 195/55/15, you would want to run a 205/40/17 tire

OK...so figuring you've got a 97 dx: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1982659

That wheel size will fit but the largest tire size you'll want to run is 205/40/17. I had this size setup on my car for a few years and it didn't rub much at all. Be sure you get a +45 offset wheel.

shrug, i just don't like the stance of a civic on 17's or higher.. i mean thats cool you bought rims and you want everyone to see.. but it looks like high school.

shrug your car...

i think a slammmed civic with 15's or 15's tucked with mad camber looks hotter... but again..

your car..

if you run goofy 17's or 18's from wheelmax.. i live in mass too, when you drive by.. i'm going to luagh at you... but in a kinda, ohh look at that little one go way..

I would definitely go with 205/40/17 tires. If your car is lowered I'm sure that the 225/45/17 will rub like crazy, plus your speedometer will be inaccurate.
