Default D16 head on a D15

Hey does anyone out there know if a D16 non vtec head will work and fit up directly to a D15 non vtec. Im looking to up the ponys for cheap and figured itd work and my friend with a B18C5 swapped civic says itll work. Or he said any aftermarket D16 cam will work on the D15 head. help please.

it's called a mini-me.. you will gain 10hp at the most, for the money, labor, time, etc it's a complete waste. If you want more hp it's not cheap, and takes a lot of brains to indifference of money vr goals.

yea but if i put a d16 head on my d15 then i can cam it and do other head work like valves and springs, i havent seen any of tha **** for a D15 head. And all i really want is something i can toy with and make some decent power on the streets with and not have to spend the big money on a B18 or something. And I wanna be different.
