my sunroof opens and closes smoothly but now when i go to close it one corner sticks up , the drivers side rear corner to be exact , any help would be apreciated

 

Needs to be adjusted with shims. How to do it, I don't know.

I had the same problem......I pulled the whole sunroof tray down and found that a plastic bracket had snapped due to the fact that some foreign object had fallen into and under one of the arms and prevented in from moving down thus breaking the plastic piece. Before I removed the tray I removed the sunroof itself and adjusted it as per the factory manual. I would advice you to do the same until you have the time to lower the whole tray and examine it yourself. There is a great write up in the FAQ section on removing the tray
