JB welding an 02 sensor...never thought of that one!!!
If you call the header company, usually if you make friends with them, they'd be more than happy to send you the same o2 bungs on the header. Then you could go to some muffler shop do all the work for you.

Damn man, JB weld is the **** but it definaly cant hold up to the kind of heat from a header.

And he's right, your best bet is a muffler shop.
Most of them will already have bungs there, since most o2 sensors use the same threads.

Sportin a Saab (or was it Volvo?) o2 sensor my damn self

summit and jegs sell O2 sensor bungs. They are a standard size, 17MM. Have it Heli-Arch welded, other types of welds get too hot and deform the bung, and when you go to put your sensor in, you'll notice that the round bung you bought is now oval. This is what happened when I had my DC sports header welded for my secondary O2 sensor for my b16 swap
