Default MPFI SWAP QUESTION, and yes I already searched

Ok i have searched and all I find is info on what to do if you have to convert/cut wires on your harness.

I have the whoole harness form an SI, and the P06 Ecu if I rember right.
All I need is the dizzy for the SI and the swap the harness and ecu right. this may sound stupid but i havent read of people doing it this way.

PLEASE let me know if you guys have any knowledge in this area

I did a mpfi swap on my sedan and as far as i know you cant just use the si harness. You can send both to rywire for a swap or you can just add 2 injector wires and a resistor box possibly rewire your distributor if needed and 02 and vtec if your going b16

no you can not just use the si harness, you would have to cut/convert your stock one

and you only use the si harness for the plugs

if it were that easy i think people would have been doing that for awhile now

First, go to: http://www.ef-honda.com/ben/.

Secondly, select "Tech" from the menu.

Thirdly, select "MPFI and VTEC wiring" which is the fourth item under the "Engine" subcategory.

Lastly, read the article.

I hope this helps!
