If i remember right - for the SH, if you are swapping out both springs and struts, then you can use aftermarket springs/struts for a base.

you just can't swap sh springs or struts w/ base springs or struts

hope that makes sense

i found the konis + eibach pro kit springs for $665 on shox.com but i dont know nething about the site.

also D2 makes 32 way adjustable coilovers but ive never used them so i cant vouch but on paper they look like a pretty good suspension. anyone shed some more light on these?

and its kinda confusing but as long both the strut and spring are both for a base they will fit in the SH. OR if they are both for an SH then they will also fit (obviously). but u can not for example put SH springs on base struts or vice versa.

save and do right the first time, that way you don't have to do it again, go with KONI

im going through the same thing rite now with my SH. but i wanna stay in the $700 price range and need camber kits if i go too low. was thinking h&r race springs with AGX or illumina shocks. might not be too good but i dont got the $. and yes you can put aftermarket base springs/shocks on an SH, just cant mix SH spring and base shocks and vice versa. and most people are not recommending other shocks accept KONI's with GC coilovers, probably because ive heard the ride sucks if you dont have the right KONI set -up. thats why im not going for adjustable.

As long as you change out both shock and springs you will have no problems.

Koni + GC/Eibach...if cash really is a crunch...Tokico Illuminas aren't too bad for what you pay.
