Default Converting OBDII to OBDI with a conversion harness, problem with Hondata

I currently am working on a 1997 civic, with a b18b swap. The car runs fine, but i'm trying to switch the car to obdI to run hondata. I have a p28 ecu with hondata s300. Hondata uses pin a11 to control a boost solenoid. The problem is the conversion harness i bought (skunk2) has a wire there. After tracing the wire back to the cars factory harness (pin a20), it is a icm wire(ignition control module 12v+) When I check a wiring diagram for a p28 ecu (92-95 civic) I find that there isn't supposed to be anything in a10 and a11 on a p28 ecu. My question is, did skunk2 make a mistake making the harness? Has anyone else had this problem?
