ok, b20b and ls tranny

i need a vtec headd, witch would prob be from a b16..what parts from it do i need?

i also need a manifold. prob itr, gsr...what part is needed cause most of the time they are for sale and they are BARE naked..i have no idea what small misc. parts i need...

i pretty much need a break down...ill have some shop install it for me. thanks
