Default H22 oil Pan made by OBX

I was just curious on this oil pan. You can pick one up on ebay for like $179 looks idenical to the moroso pan which is like $350 . I was wondering is anyone got one? Is a pick-up required and hows the quality?

obx parts are ok one time i got a fuel rail and the holes didnt line up then once i got a header and it was great but coming to holding the oil i would just use oem or high dollar ones thats real important part of the motor just my 2 cents

I concur. When it comes to something as vital as oil in your engine theres no point cheapin out. Youre just asking for trouble

From what I've heard, the pan "works" fine, but has poor fitment. Now, if OBX comes out with its own motor oil, run

What is odd I find is if you look at the OBX pan and the Moroso pan they look idenical. Wondering if they are made by the same company and those companies just slap their name on it.

this is definately NOT the case. i have compaired many obx parts with their high dollar counterparts (i run the obx intake manifold on my h22). without choosing sides (for or against the quality of obx parts) they definately are not made by the same companies. the fitment and finish are night and day.
