Is this Husky spray gun good for $140 CAN. How about compared to a devilbliss gun for about 200 CAN? I would like to paint some panels on my car, primer, base, clear coat. I already have the compressor+tank. Thanks for any replies.

I bought that gun a fews ago. But then I talked to a paint supply place that said I would need a bigger nozzle for the primer. I don't think Husky makes seperate nozzles. So I returned it.
that gun will work for doing all that but probably wont work well for everything. you may have to reduce your primer a bit more so it will spray, but reducing your primer more is not usually a good idea because it traps more sovent in the primer. to compansate for this you can let your primer flash longer in between coats and also once it cures block it straight then let it sit for an extra day before finish sanding. this should let more solvent out. As far as shooting base and clear with it, it should flow just fine through that gun but it's probably not gonna atomize as well compared to a Sata or other professionall quality gun which could cause more orange peel. Do a lot of test panels to familiarize yourself with the gun, try high preasure, low preasure, wet coats, dry coats in order to find what works best for your paint and gun combination
