Default Need Help Identifying These camshafts (PICS)

Well long story short i got a Whole head off of one of my firends , it has all the goodies in it but im kind of worried about the cams that i got in it, They are supposivly Skunk 2 Stage 2's but we held them up to my other friends s2 s2's and they look nothing alike and we didnt have a dial indicator so we couldnt measure the lopes I looked all over these cams to try to find any stamps or markings and i came up with nothing, So i figured i would post up some pictures and see if any of you guys could help me out in identifying these things!

Here's the pics i took , if you need anymore just ask

Thanks for any help

I vote OBX.

This is not a very accurate method, but measure the lobes with a micrometer. First measure the big lobe at max lift (largest measurement you can get on cam) and then measure the base width 90 deg from max lift, subtract the two and multiply by the rocker ratio (1.75?)

Example 1.200 - .800 = .400 x 1.75 = .700 lobe lift

Come back with those numbers and someone may be able to help.

im almost 100% sure that it's not a real skunk2 cam.......
here's the marking numbers that skunk2 uses for their cams on B-series....

Skunk2 stage 1 (H01IN) (H01EX)
Skunk2 stage 2 (H08IN) (H08EX)
STAGE 3 ?????????

SKunk2 Pro1 (P1+IN) (P1+EX)
Skunk2 Pro2 (P2+IN) (P2+EX)
Skunk2 Pro3 (P3+IN) (P2+EX)

I would say it's probally a Blox B cam.... similar to Sk2 stage2 cam.... was it tuned when ur friend had these cam in his car??

Thanks for all the replys! thats the most i have gooten all week haha

The car wasnt tuned but was on some sort of basemap, The car pulled really hard topend past 6k (semi built ITR motor) so they have to be something aftermarket.

There are no markings on the cams , and i could not get ahold of ANYONE at blox , They are supposivly out because of health issues it sounded like. You would think more than one person could answer my q's from a company like that , guess not

im going to try and search some more tonight and see if this is true

Older skunk2 stage2 cams (1st generation) has the M and 2 markings on it like mine.
Yours looks like it probably doesn't have the markings on it...I'll say they'r obx cams
