Default rsx-s 05 and 06 hp changed?

i know their interior side door changes but why the hp? I'm buying either but which is better for your opinion? thanks

the HP is the same...the only the thing that changed is the SAE rating on the HP. Its more accurate now. So instead of 210hp is more like 201hp. But yeah...the 05-06 are identical.

SAE rating on the hp changed but are the 06 still at 210 hp? if 06 has less hp and cost more than 05 then why buy the 06 right? still thinking which to buy. 9 hp less is a rip-off.

You apparently didnt understand what he said. They are identical. The way the hp is rated just changed. So on paper, the 06' has less... But in reality they're the same. Understand?

the 05-06 have a more free flowing exhuast its not much of a diffrence... but i guess it works out ethier way 02-04 guys dont have to pay 700 for a new ecu when you get k-pro so it works out.

k20a2 come in a 02-04 type-s
k20z1 -05-06 type-s
k20z3 -06-07 civic si

in usdm stock form i would say so
i look at the k20z3 the same as the k20a2 but with a more free flowing intake mani
not saying its that simple
but its a easy way to explain it

hey is the k20z1 on internal coil? i have a msd 6al with blaster coil 2. should i bother to install this in my 05' type-s? if it doesnt mean any hp then i would pass on it.
