what can be done to make this BAR legal? Is motor originally OBD-2? or from a OBD1 del sol?

The motor was off of a 97 civic from Japan so it's obd-2. I've heard there are alot of ppl used USDM stock integra ls ecu to pass smog only so the vtec won't engage and less fuel.

But to make it BAR legal, It could be done but I personally wouldn't want to do it unless you have alot of times on your hand!
