Possible, of course. It's up to you if you want to do it. What's the compression with the CTR pistons?

You want to run Pro 3's in a relatively stock b16!? I think you need to do a little research. I'm not trying to come off like a ***** but b16's don't have enough displacement to run pro3 to the level were they need to be. You probably want to look at pro1's and even that might be pushing it........

But my B16 isnt stock i do have Springs and retainers and as for the compression for the CTR pistons i havent found out yet but the skunk2 pro3 cams recommend to have atleast 12:5:1 im guessing thats what ill have since i also have a 2 layer headgasket.

running stock honda pistons isnt going to make your engine anywhere near a "race" application. therefor your c/r will be far below the level of running pro3's

you basically have a ctr motor, which is stock.

build a crazy race motors, with some super high comp pistons then buy some pro3s

My compression is 12:5:1, but to get that compression I cut 30k off my head, I got my CTRs from one of my boys that had them at that time.

He said he had crower stage 3, his are a harsh cam, but the pro 3's are a little more of an all out race cam, plus he said he had a b18, his strokes different from your b16 so the compression on his motor will probably be different from yours.

you have a b16 with ctr pistons and you don't know your compresion.. so i take it you didn't build the engine or learn anything much about it other than cool words like ctr and valvetrain.. ekk this is what happens when you don't do your homework...

good luck picking out cams
