Default Wagons Need more torque so I said to myself.....

Hello New to the Forum and have read allot of interesting opinions. I just got a 94 accord Wagon 5 spd ex. Love the car looks great practical etc . Well I can never leave well enough alone I also purchased a h22 (unknown if a1 a4 in Iraq still ). So I am looking to build this motor N/A but want more torque as much as I can get without ruining reliability . I don't see a ton of wagon owners and I know its not everybody's choice of chassis but I need it for Kid shuffling and just like it . Any help or comments are greatly appreciated thanks in advance

How much money do you want to put into it? You could do a high dollar ITB build, port and polish everything, aftermarket head package.....and on and on. Any NA modifications after I/H/E get you comparatively less and less horsepower and torque per dollar.

ITB's = Individual Throttle Bodies. Instead of having one throttle body attached to a plenum (intake Manifold) there are 4 separate throttle butterflies, one per cylinder ..... a lot more than 2K for a fully tuned setup.

Typical I/H/E and I wouldn't include those in the 2k...

Stage 1 cams, adj cam gears, good tuning software and tune

From looking through the Forums h23 crank is the same as f22 I happen a extra one of those are the rods same lenth also? was thinking towards type s Pistons those require a custom rods? I think setting up the ITB would be alot fo money and setup might be kind of a headache. I wasnt including usual stuff header . I was looking inot having the stock intake and TB Ported though . Thanks again for helping find the path to torque.
