Default drag wheels?

Hi there everyone, thought you folks could help me out with a problem.

Not a Honda guy, I'm building up a 70 vw bug with built motor, fuel injection, turbo, and water/air IC. Right now I'm trying to get it shod.

You guys have a WAY wider selection when it comes to wheels, and drilling rotors to a 4x100 pattern is a pretty common practice.

The thing is, I'm looking for some very un-flashy rims. They need to resemble these:

Basically a 2-piece wheel (rim and solid-faced hub with hardware).

I have the rear wheels picked out, but the fronts are kind of difficult. They need to be 15"x5" with a LOT of backspace (positive offset). Basically about 4 inches or more backspace if possible.

Is there a source for wheels like this for the import crowd? Like I said, the wheel choices for me (4x130) are pretty limited.

Also, please let me know if this question would be more at home in the drag section, as these aren't really a popular type of wheel except for those looking for pure lightweight functionality.

I know it's going to be difficult to find that particular bolt pattern openly available from any wheel manufacturer, so you may want to go custom on the order.

Here's two places I would look into:
