Default Steering Problem(Steering to the Right)

Car:
95 Acura Integra Ls
151K miles

Incident that resulted in repair:
Tire on my passenger side basically gave out while I was driving so I was basically was riding on my rim for a mile to get to somewhere safe out of harms way.

Repairs
I bought new tires for the front and kept my two tires from the back because they still had some tread left on.
So i put the 2 old tires from the rear to the front and the 2 new tires in the back. (I know its front wheel drive and I should put the new tires in front. but im trying to conserve my tires.)

3 out of 4 tires balanced. The 2 new tires had to be balanced of course and the 3rd (old tire from rear)one had a valve stem leaking(I dont have regular valve stems) so, I had it replaced and the wheel balanced. The 4th (this is the the other old tire from the rear which was put to the front passenger side of the car)one was ok and it didnt need to be rebalanced.

I changed the lower ball joints on both front sides. Driver side was wearing out and passenger side was basically gone.

I got an alignment.

With all that was done, I felt no wobble while I was driving, but the car is still pulling to the right a little(Its enough to notice).
What could be the problem?
