Default Quietest Aftermarket Exhaust

Who makes it? I'm tired of my loud Apex N1, and it sounds like *** with the silencer.

What is the piping diameter? Would it be ideal for a Toda B or Jun 3 cam setup?

I would say HKS. They usually have the quietest mufflers. Greddy is also quiet but when you open it up it is pretty loud.

You probably need to specify with and without the silencer.

for a quite powerful exhaust the Mugen or HyTech is amazing. My friend of mine had the Mugen on his JRSC R with a Mugen header and high-flow cat pushing around 240whp and it was still extreamly quite!!!! I also heard the HyTech as the SoCal EXPO and it too was amazingly quite with performance in mind.

yes definatly mugen twinloop....however ive had mine for about two years now....im using that exhaust with a mugen intake and a jdm4-1+test pipe, i must say it isnt all that quiet, its just more of a real deep sound than a real loud sound like apex n1.. i love it it sounds ****** awesome hope that helps you out chris

RS-R, most quiet and durable exhaust I have ever seen. I have a friend with a Twin-loop thats about 2 years old and my bro has had his RS-R for 4! years and I can tell you the RS-R is much quieter, it hasnt got louder since the day he put it on.

I would have to say RSR because I have one and it is very quiet. It is about the same sound as the twinloop. However, I am looking to replace my RSR axle back with an itr axleback. I want more of a sleeper look.

HKS has some really unobtrusive mufflers on their range!

I can vouch for SMS, that thing is quiet. A little pricey but well worth it. And seeing the numbers on George's car...you can't argue with results like that.

Lawd a mercy. It's an exhaust. It's not pretty.

That what you were after? I hope so, 'cause I don't feel like crawling around under the car with a camera.

Oh, wait. I'll get Bryan to do it....
LMAO!!!! Thanks George!!! You are too funny... "I'll get Bryan to do it..." hahahaha

Just a thought.....
