vtec not engaging

vtec wont hit in my b16 just wondering were i should start to try to figure the problem out?

do you have plenty of oil? are you letting the car warm up?

ya oils fine and plenty of time for it to warm up

same problem on me.... no cell also.. b16a2... oil is on the top level.... but no vtec... ill do oil change and clean the vtec solenoid (might clogged) then ill let u know if that fixed...
