but after getting some rearsets, is my standard mount exhaust safe?

 

that depends, is it the stock exhaust? or is just a standard mount aftermarket pipe?

stock pipes hang lower and are a bigger diameter than most aftermarket pipes. you'll most likely be fine. and remember, there are round cans and oval cans and it makes a small difference.

I don't think my oval standard mount jardine will ever touch ground unless one of my tires isnt.
