90 DA CEL confusion
Driving home from work last night my CEL came on. Temp gauge was pegged. I shut it down and let it cool. Radiator was gone so I replaced it today with a new one. Temp is fine now. As soon as I get on it and rev it out at all the CEL comes back on. So I tried to pull the codes, and it doesn't give me any. CEL just turns off like normal. I disconnected battery for 30 seconds, and started it up no CEL. Go beat on it, and it comes on again?
And yes I know how to pull the codes.
So what can make the CEL come on but not produce a code? And this car is all stock besides a K&N in factory air box. No CEL before the radiator crapped out and overheated.
