I'm doing a wire tuck right now.
I pulled the wire pictured below out of the engine bay. It may have went to the AC components... I wouldnt know because the previous owner took out the A/C. It was connected by the fuse box and went to the drivers side by the headlight. There are two relays on the end of it i believe... pic is below let me know if you know what it is. Can i just clip the wires and heatsink them so i can get rid of this wire? thanks

yeah i am pretty sure (90%) that these are two relays from the A/C system. the best thing to do is see if your car runs fine without them. it should.

 

What side of the engine bay did you get it? Pass or driver? Looks like the top 2P plug is for the rad. fan. The relay is for AC though.

 

all the plugs came from the drivers side. The rad fan switch is seperate

 

If it was the driver side then its just for AC if you dont have it toss it.

 

Mine starts at the passengers side and works its way around the front of the bay to the drivers side.

 

friend just took his out at the pass side shock tower(where it began) and it runs fine

 

I'd still like to know what it is though

it is for AC. i took it out of mine.

 

yea its for the A/C i took it out last night. Clipped the wires to get rid of the plug and went on with the wire tuck.

 

Those look like the power relays for the ABS system. If you are not running ABS, then they wouldn't be necessary.

 

Car never had ABS. Its a VX with rear drums
