How do you disconnect your powerlock button, if you can?

Can I disconnect my powerlock button by taking out a certain fuse? So that only the alarm can open/unlock the car.

Removing the fuse would totally disable the power lock mechanism. If you want to prevent the switch from functioning, just unplug it. If you want to totally remove the switches and achieve a cleaner look, you can order a pair of RS handle bezels, which do not have a switch at all.
