i recently bought a 91 crx si with a previously swapped jdm b16a that needs some obvious seal work done so im going to order the entire kit since im having troubles spotting the leak. i found a full upper and lower seal kit for 150 plus shipping.

i was wondering one if thats as decent of a price as im going to get...

two - does the gasket kit include vtec/distributor seals

and three - where i can find step by step help and torque specs for going only as far as the head gasket and regular seals etc.
