92 prelude with 96 h22a running overly rich

92 prelude with 96 h22a running overly rich
i have a 92 prelude with a 96 h22a engine, and my car is runnning overly rich and dumping too much fuel in my engine. is there a way to fix the problem. Can i loop my o2 sensor to fix it or is there something else i have to do and if i have to loop it what pins do i use to close circuit it
