hey guy is have a 1993 d15b7 i need the torque specs for the connecting rods and the main cradle please help thanks guys.

please tell me you're not that far into the engine without a Helm? or at least a Haynes...

connecting rod - 23 ft/lbs
main bearing cap - 38ft/lbs
