Default B18B Header Question(s) + apex exhaust question

hey everyone

right now i've got a 94 LS with AEM CAI and Apex Dunk cat-back exhaust

152-KH04 Integra Non-VTEC 94-99/Type R 97-98 $599.00
I believe thats the exhaust I have.. how big is the pipe on there? 2.5"?

I'm in the market for a header.. i'm not doing any more mods but I/H/E since I'm probably not holding on to this car for long. Paired with a CAI and this Apex'I Dunk exhaust, what header do you reccomend? I've been reading on here and h-a, and I'm totally confused- from what ive read the best thing to do would be to get a JDM 4-1 (DC or somethin) with a 2.5" collector + high flow cat.. plus I was reading about sealing up every connection and stuff. What kind of header should I be looking at for the most overall gain on a drag strip? Keep in mind im running a non-vtec B18B..im thinkinhg DC JDM 4-1 w/ 2.5" collector. how would I make this work with an LS engine- what would I need?

btw I also read that article on team-integra about 4-2-1 vs 4-1, the myth, etc.

just get a DC 4-2-1 one piece would be a little better but the two piece is easier to install.

if you have a gsr then I'd go for the JDM 4-1 with the 2.5" collector since the higher output warrants the size.

Wouldn't the JDM 4-1 with 2.5" collector perform better than a 4-2-1 DC sports regardless of the motor? Is there even a JDM 4-1 with 2.5" collector for the B18B?
