Scored ITR crankshaft, thrust groove on block maybe damaged?
This motor i picked up looks like the thrust washer got caught up with the thrust face of the crank shaft. The surface is scored and theres looks to be a hotspot on the crankshaft as well. I dont think this crankshafts salvagable.
The groove on the block appears to be uneven, tried putting in new thrust washers and installed new crank to find that the crank catches onto the bearing.
Can you machine the grooves again? It's just a waste of motor really, the bores are in good nick, who ever had this motor before must of used crap oil or the tune must of been really bad for it to do this.

I'm assuming you're talking about the main journals.
You can have them micropolished and have under-sized journals, and if they're all within specs, it'll be salvageable.
You can have the groove on the block line-honed also, but I'm not exactly sure.

The main journals are nice and flat still, the section where the thrust face meets the thrust washer is all scored. This was where the crank was making contact with the bearing and generated a 'burn' mark. Must of got really hot and left a permanent mark on the crank. Mind you the crank was extremely hard to take out, the scores were so deep that it didn't allow me to pull out the crank with ease. I'll have to see if the machine shop can repair it, but i got a feeling this block and crank are now just scrap metal
